Returns & Refunds Policy for Charity Calendars

Thank you for supporting our cause by purchasing a charity calendar. Every calendar sold helps us continue our important work, and we truly appreciate your contribution.
Returns Policy

As our calendars are sold to raise funds for charitable purposes, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds, except under the following circumstances:

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your calendar arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement calendar, if stock is available
  • A full refund, if the item cannot be replaced

To request a return for a faulty item, please email us at shelter@nras.org.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage or defect (if applicable)

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong calendar or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to correct the mistake at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items. Due to the seasonal and fundraising nature of our calendars, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong year or edition
  • Calendar no longer needed

Refund Process

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
