Decide what kind of gift to leave
A residual bequest has the greatest impact on the future. You can make a gift of the residue (remainder) of your estate, or a share of the residue, once other specific gifts and expenses have been taken care of.
You can also choose to leave a percentage of your estate, a specific sum of money, or a specific asset of value in your will.

I give to Northern Rivers Animal Services Inc (ABN 16 055 396 731) to support their work in rescuing and rehoming abandoned, abused lost and unwanted cats and dogs in the Northern Rivers,
- A residue of my estate or
- A specified percentage (___%) of my residuary estate or
- The sum of ($____) or
- My (specified assets),
free of all duties and taxes, and the receipt given by an authorised officer on behalf of the Northern Rivers Animal Services shall be a complete and sufficient discharge for the Executors.
